Why I founded 3M
Before I founded the 3M Prosperity System, network marketing had disenfranchised me — yet I still believed in the system itself. What I did not believe in was the way reputable promoters made the opportunity look wonderful to invest in while never showing the ordinary newcomer how to actually promote it. Time after time, I watched it play out as a numbers game: sign up today, earn a little, drop out tomorrow — a circular system that quietly abandoned the very people its representatives had recruited.
I founded the 3M Prosperity System to end that cycle: a system that educates the layperson, provides multiple tools of promotion, builds real teamwork among members, and makes staying engaged in the business something to enjoy — not something to survive.
The problem was never the system. It was the absence of a teacher.
The three legs, in the order they work
01 · Cash Building System Unlimited — the first leg
CBSU establishes a reciprocal investment of members in one another, with a compensation plan designed to put a substantial amount of money in a teammate's pocket. Its residual income works differently from what most people expect: it is not a monthly product arrangement. It flows from promotion itself — when the people you bring in promote the business, you receive a percentage of their sales under the program's terms.
